Samron was awarded the concrete, masonry, and landscaping contracts for this new 105,000 sq ft, $30 million K-12 facility. Samron's scope of work included 2,500 cubic yards of building foundations ,30,000 sq ft of design-build tilt-up panels, 105,000 sq ft or flat work and elevated concrete decks, $1.7 million of masonry, 25,000 sq ft of concrete site work, 70,000 sq ft of stained and polished concrete floors, landscaping, seeding, soding, and irrigation.
